Since beginning my practice in 2021, I’ve focused on helping clients understand the root of their discomfort and supporting long‑term relief through targeted therapeutic techniques. I stay current with continuing education to ensure my work reflects the latest research in pain science and bodywork. My goal is to not only reduce pain during each session, but also empower clients with practical tools they can use between visits to support their own healing.”
